md999 follows KYC (Know Your Customer) policy. Before deposits or withdrawals, you may be asked to submit proof of identity (National ID, passport, or driving licence) and proof of address. Deposit and withdrawal activities will be restricted until the verification process is complete.
3 Account Management
3.1 Account Security
It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. If you notice any unauthorised login or suspicious activity, notify our support team immediately. You are responsible for all activities carried out from your account.
3.2 Account Closure & Suspension
md999 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account for the following reasons:
- Violation of any part of these Terms.
- If evidence of false information or fraudulent activity is found.
- Evidence of bonus abuse or operating multiple accounts.
- Failure to respond to a verification request.
- Due to regulatory instructions or legal obligations.
3.3 Account Closure at User's Request
You may request closure of your account at any time through our support team. Any funds remaining in the balance will be given the opportunity to be withdrawn before the account is closed, unless a dispute or investigation is ongoing.
4 Deposits & Withdrawals
4.1 Deposit
The following methods are accepted for depositing funds at md999: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (for example Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank). The minimum deposit amount is ৳300. Funds will not be credited to the account until the deposit details are verified.
4.2 Withdrawal
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. The usual processing time for a withdrawal request is between 15 minutes and 2 hours. Withdrawal methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. Withdrawals may only be made via the same method used for the most recent deposit, unless otherwise instructed.
4.3 Withdrawal Delays
Withdrawals may take longer than usual in the following circumstances:
- If an account verification process is ongoing.
- If bonus wagering requirements have not been met.
- Due to technical issues or payment gateway delays.
- If a security check is required.
4.4 Currency & Taxes
All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Responsibility for any applicable taxes or duties lies with the user. md999 is not responsible for deducting or paying any taxes.
5 Bonuses & Promotions
5.1 Welcome Bonus
md999 offers new members a 100% first-deposit bonus, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳1,000 as a bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000. Depositing ৳42,000 or more will result in the maximum bonus of ৳20,000, giving a total balance of ৳62,000.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
A wagering requirement of 10 times (10x) the bonus amount applies. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 10 = ৳10,000 must be wagered before the bonus can be withdrawn.
5.3 General Bonus Terms
- Each bonus offer must be used within a specified time limit.
- Multiple accounts or multiple members of the same household may not claim the same bonus.
- Bonus funds cannot be transferred to another account.
- md999 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
- If evidence of bonus abuse is found, the bonus and associated winnings will be forfeited.
5.4 VIP Program
md999's VIP program has three tiers. The Bronze tier offers up to 0.4% weekly cashback. The Silver tier provides up to 0.8% weekly cashback. The Gold tier offers up to 1.2% weekly cashback. Members can advance to a higher tier through regular activity.
6 Betting & Gaming Rules
6.1 General Gaming Conditions
All games and betting activities on md999 are conducted on the basis of fair play principles. The outcome of any game is determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG), which is independently verifiable. In the event of a technical error or disconnection affecting a game result, md999's decision is final.
6.2 Sports Betting Rules
- Once all bets are finalised, they cannot be changed or cancelled.
- If a match or event is cancelled or postponed, the stake for the relevant bet will be refunded.
- Bets placed before an odds change will remain valid at the original odds.
- Bets placed after a live betting market has closed will be considered void.
6.3 Live Casino Rules
The md999 live casino section offers games from Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, and other leading providers. Bet limits for live games are displayed separately at each table. The dealer's decision is final, and any appeal will be considered in accordance with the game rules.
7 Prohibited Activities

- Registering with a false identity or false information.
- Bonus hacking or systematically abusing bonuses.
- Attempting to affect the system through hacking, malware, or any other technical means.

- Colluding with other members to manipulate games.
- Placing bets using automated bots or software.
